Dago Advisory collects the minimum information required to respond to inquiries and deliver engagements. This page describes what, why, and for how long.

Controller
The data controller is Skwarczyński Consulting sp. z o.o., with registered office in Gdańsk, Poland (address to be confirmed prior to launch). Contact: michal@dagoadvisory.com.
What we collect
- Inquiry data — name, company, role, email, and the free-text description you submit via the contact form. Processed on the basis of your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and retained for 24 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
- Engagement data — materials, interview notes, and documents shared during an engagement. Processed on the basis of contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and retained for the duration of the engagement plus a statutory minimum under Polish bookkeeping law (currently five years).
- Analytics — we use privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics on this site (page views, referrers, country-level geography). No personal profiles are built.
Third parties
Email is processed by Google Workspace (EU region). Site hosting is provided by Vercel. Neither is granted access to engagement documents; those are kept in an encrypted workspace we control.
Your rights
Under GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Email the controller address above; we respond within 30 days.
Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the Prezes UODO (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
