Dago Advisory is the senior advisory firm for Polish mid-market management teams and owners. Every recommendation we make is grounded in the Dago Index — the only public quarterly benchmark of AI readiness in Polish listed and top-tier private companies.
Most Polish companies at the €50M–€500M scale have moved beyond scattered AI pilots — but not yet to a clear read on where they stand, what it means for competitive position, and where to deploy capital next. The advisers available to management at this scale either sell hours, sell implementation, or sell intuition. We do none of those. We publish our method, we score the market every quarter, and we work alongside senior management as a counterpart — not as a vendor.

- Large enterprises above €2B revenue. A Big-4 or tier-one house will serve you at a scale we deliberately don't match.
- Pure implementation or dev work. We don't build models. We refer to partners when that's what's needed.

Every engagement opens with a Dago Index score — your company measured against the full cohort. Alongside the Index, our proprietary AI Work Topology maps exposure and leverage across every part of your operating model. You leave with a precise read: which functions carry the most risk, where the leverage is, and in what order to move.

Partner-led
No juniors, no pyramid billing. Every hour is delivered by the founder or a senior peer. We cap concurrent engagements so the partner in the room is the partner writing the work.

The Dago Index methodology is public, versioned, and peer-reviewable. Your score can be audited by anyone. So can the logic behind our recommendations.
